Trevor Strnad was the main vocalist of the death metal band The Black Dahlia Murder, it is an a popular American band.

Strnad's death was confirmed by the death metal band by publishing an Instagram post from their official account.

"It is with great regret and sadness that we announce the death of Trevor Scott Strnad," the band said in the message.

There was no mention of a cause of death. The band ended the message with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline phone number

Trevor Strnad was one of the co-founders of The Black Dahlia Murder and it was founded in Waterford, Michigan, in 2002.

"Verminous," was the last album of Trevor Strnad that he made with the Death metal band which was released in April 2020.
